  Finding E-mail Headers in Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007   

1.    Open up your Outlook e-mail client.

2.    Right click on the message.

3.    Select the option "Message Options" from the menu that appears.

4.    The headers of the e-mail are shown in the Internet Headers portion of the window as        highlighted below.
