Description: The HP Procurve 2610 switches will be getting a firmware upgrade to R.11.30 to the primary image and R.11.25 to the secondary image. The upgrades will start at 5:00P.M. Description: The DNS record for www.webpages.uidaho.edu will be updated at 5:05 PM on Tuesday with the IP address of our Microsoft Web Servers. This is in preparation for a piece of the Novell Replacement Project that will move content from the Novell Servers to the Microsoft Servers. From the perspective of serving Novell personal web pages, there should be no outage. From the perspective of other services resolving www.webpages.uidaho.edu for other purposes, the address will no longer point to the Novell Servers. -- kreagan -- kreagan

The change is being made in an attempt to resolve problems affecting users of third-party VPN clients.
